XILA, The Mexican Appetizer is a unique appetizer that combines traditional Mexican methods with carefully selected ingredients to create a complex and delicious appetizer

Xila is simple yet powerful. You can drink it straight up with ice, or mix it with tonic or sparkling water.

7 Ingredients carefully selected by hand

Agave: Young Espadín from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca Grown for 7 years

Process: 7 days macerated, 7 days resting, 7 times filtered

Flavour profile:

Top- Lavender & Hibiscus. Xila uses hibiscus and lavender flowers grown in Mexico City

Heart- Clove, black pepper & cinnamon. Xila uses 3 different spices frequently used in Mexican cuisine.

Base- Caramelized pineapple & ancho chili. Xila personally caramelize the pineapple to obtain notes of caramel and piloncillo. We de-vein the chili to give a mild spiciness to our liqueur.
